He had a good night. Vital signs are stable. They were able to wean some more on his drips. Now they're just trying to get some fluid off. His weight went up again last night. They have stopped replacing his output and are starting a "lasix coctail" this morning (several drugs mixed together) to try to get some of this fluid off. More later. jc

Julianne & Greg,
It sounds very encouraging! Hope the weaning continues and you're getting some rest. I'll call on Thursday to see if you feel up for a visit. Until then know that you and Maverick are in my thoughts. Love, Cindy
Oh Clark family, we love you so much...we are praying God's continued hand on you all and for those taking care of our precious little guy. I truly cannot wait to give all of you a hug...we are continually praying night and day for Little Mav...
Love you all so much,
Bryon, Dianna, Lyd, Garrett and the Kirkenator..
Juli and family,
I am so glad that things are looking up for little Maverick. Please know that there are so many people praying for him and your family. I will pray for continued strength and for Maverick to have a fighting spirit!!

I am happy to hear about Maverick's steady improvement, as slow as it may seem. Thank you for your diligence in updating us frequently. When I pray for him I am consistently reminded of the song "Fingerprints of God" by Steven Curtis Chapman. Maverick is a masterpiece that God created and He isn't finished yet!
Love & Prayers, lp
